    My prior ticket closed without pickup. Now Yard Waste is at curb 36 hours. Blocking parking and/or my driveway. Please do not close this ticket until " pick up " happens AND I will promise not to put another ticket that clogs
    the Fix-IT cue. I understand that the City is working under very adverse conditions with the Trash pickups. I do appreciate all the time this takes. JM.

    Received notice that this week was "Yard Waste Pickup". My street was missed as none of the barrels that were put out, by myself and my neighbors, has been picked up. 3:45pm. Will a pick up be today? Should I leave out? Thank you for resolving this issue.

    Huge raccoon out and about picking up small animals in the area of 20-24 Holyoke St near Wyeth St. Out in broad daylight and following unsuspecting people walking up the street

    Car with Florida plates parks everyday across the street (no parking side) up on curb. It is angled right up from my driveway and makes it very difficult to turn onto street. Please help . Thanks so much.

    Three (3) weeks ago we bought a Trash sticker for our black trash cart on line. (please see above receipt). We were told our payment was approved and we would receive it by mail. Three weeks later - no mailing of sticker. My husband called two times and was told they would look into it. He also went to City Hall ( the Treasurer's Office) . The city Officer he spoke to told him they would look into it and would call him back that afternoon. That was four days ago. We bought the sticker almost a month ago. We have missed 3 cycles of trash without use of a sticker. Could someone please respond and give us the sticker we bought last month? We still do not have the sticker and no one is responding . Please help.

    Water main still broken...uncovered and leaking into residence at #41 Park. Two tickets opened for neighbor who has a young child in home. The water flow into the home is discolored and smelly. Please look into the un-capped and exposed water pipe at street/ sidewalk at that address. Request has not had any response or been inspected by city since the 1st request was placed last week. As this is a WATER problem and there is an infant's health in jeopardy, I am again requesting that the city respond in SOME manner to help us resolve this problem. Thank you for anything you can do to help us.

    Photo of water main hole was submitted on 8/19 = Item 10796428 SeeClixFix. I am making this new request as I am unable to add to the initial request submitted on Wenesday. It is important that this problem attended as soon as possible. The family living at 43 Park Street has an infant. They are experiencing discolored water that may be contaminated due to the uncapped, debris -ladened main line water line leak at the sidewalk. It is not due to recent work in the area. No other homes in the neighborhood are experiencing this problem. I know there is a lot of work going on in the city this summer, but if it is at all possible could someone checkout this issue soon. Thank you
