    Wooden fence in back is falling down. Siding hanging off, mildew growing on the front of house. Hang out for homeless and kids. Unsightly. Has been reported on numerous occasions for over 2 years and issues have not been resolved!

    This is how the back alley problem was "FIXED". Grated down past the pot holes with pebbles and dirt piled up on the sides. Again, temp fix until it rains again. Waste of equipment time.

    Can the city do a welfare check. Dog in back yard without shelter. I've seen him out in the cold and rain but no shelter. It is healthy so I do believe it's fed. But outside I see no water bowl or food bowl and again no shelter.
