    This city tree is a dangerous height and width. The root system has cracked the street causing a HUGE lump in the pavement in front of our home. Branches fall in every single windstorm. It is just a matter of time until someone is hurt.

    Dumped yet AGAIN! These landlords of these two large apt buildings need to be fined. This is an ongoing problem on the top of 65th Avenue.

    This was "CLOSED" but not picked up. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! Do not just ignore these requests. These buildings are constantly discarding items on our street. It is a blight and an unsafe situation for the children that live here!

    This is a screen shot of the cement wall, directly under the tree pictured between the two buildings. It is not an actual picture that I took of the endless dump. Since we have lived here, this spot has endlessly been filled with discarded broken house hold items, tires, mattresses and trash. It gets cleaned up, then the next day, more crap is dumped. The owners of the two buildings need to be held accountable for the actions of their tenants.

    City tree on parking strip in front of our home is dangerous because it has grown extraordinarily large with long dry branches reaching our rooftop and over our walkway to our home. We have contacted the City of Oakland numerous times in the 7 years we have lived here, and the gotten 0 response. With the electricity problems and wind issues we are having in Oakland, this is AN EXTREME FIRE HAZARD and needs to be trimmed!

    This apt building is always dumping broken items in front of the low cement wall between it and the neighboring apt building. I suspect residents of both buildings contribute.
  • 65th Avenue Between Outlook And Macarthur Blvd. Oakland, CA - Millsmont
    Families live on 65th Avenue. We are in a school zone. People come from the top of the Hill on Outlook and race down the hill at speeds over 50 miles per hour. Our children play in this area. WE ARE IN A SCHOOL ZONE!! We desperately need at least one SPEED BUMP on this street. Please. Save our children before something really bad happens and the City of Oakland is sued for negligence of a known issue.

    This pile has been there for about 3 days. It consists of mattresses, broken baby items, and various other household goods. The pile is HUGE.
