There are 3 street lights out in the alley behind the Carolina St. AT&T building. #9315, #P139, P117 and P13. Each pole has the #20 on them. Possibly PG&E? The alley is extremely dark and AT&T employees are fearful at night for obvious reasons.

Pole light # 5428 has been inoperative for approx. 2 months. This cul de sac has several children oven playing in the evening as well as a youth group home directly in front of the light and several more vehicles than would be expected driving in the court. This is not a desirable situation to say the least.

Several rolls of used carpet and a microwave oven were left blocking the alley. In addition, there is a residential trash bin full and overflowing with trash left in alley.

Abandoned Silver 1980s model Mercedes with front and rear plates removed. The car is blocking half of the lane for about 2 weeks.

Water leaking from what is possibly the water meter in front of this residence. Has been leaking to the gutter and down the s/d around the corner for about 2 weeks.

Construction debris and large tree stump have been discarded into center of alley blocking traffic flow.. There is also a residential type recycle container with misc. items which is full left next to the debris.

This light is out ittermitently for days at a time. There have been recent car vandalisms and children playing has become a safety issue.

3 matresses and a wooden door were dumped in the street in front of the reffrenced address.

Homeless/squatters have moved into this location which is currently out for bid for renovation. They have on several occasions cut the fence and removed locks and no trespassing signs. In addition, they have cut the lock on the breaker box and restored power to the facility.
