    Replacing trash bin that previously was located near SE entry door to tennis courts is needed. This was removed and the remaining bin at the SW entry door to tennis courts is consistently full. The need is present for the courts and surrounding park area is highly utilized thus more trash.

    There is an exposed hole located just outside fence SW corner of tennis courts in Montgomery Park where cover to what appears to be a water gauge is broken. A few feet away a similar cover to an underground maintenance device has observed cracks . The hole poses concern that individuals walking their dogs could fall in or the animals themselves could also fall into hole that is over 12" wide and at least that depth. The location of concern is north of the base of large cottonwood tree .
