    Requesting gravel in an alley in my neighborhood. This is the access road/alley that runs between Rueger Street and Grant Street in the Carillon neighborhood. It's worst on the section of alley that runs parallel to the Powhite.

    Northbound N. Thompson Street, between Floyd and Grove, right hand lane. HUGE POTHOLE. Like 8" deep. I'm not even concerned about my alignment, I'm concerned about someone's car getting swallowed in the earth.

    The street lights on 3300-3400 West Grace either do not come on or have been turning on late. Last night it was 9pm and they were not on. The lights on 3400 Monument were on, and the lights on 3200 Grace were on - are ours timed wrong, or broken?

    Bed frames, furniture, etc. in the alley behind this building. Most does not fit in the supercans, not sure if I need to report it as a bulk pickup or not.

    3300 - 3400 Block of West Grace all street lights are out; it is 6:30pm and it is fully dark out. This has occurred at least twice before on these blocks.

    There are two or three potholes here in the eastbound lane. The asphalt has come up, exposing the cobblestone underneath. The way they are placed they are not avoidable.

    There is a DEEP pothole, or poorly graded access port, right in the middle of this intersection. If you are coming down the hill on 8th it is in the left lane.

    Update 1/26/12 - Approximate address is 907 North Thompson. It is in front of a standalone garage with no address on it. It is across the street from the Masonic lodge at 906. It could be that the garages are part of 3425 West Grace; they sit behind that building.

    What other information is needed to proceed? This case was closed by the City simply because I did not provide an address.

    N Thompson St Richmond, VA - The Museum District

    A pile of furniture, rugs, and miscellaneous debris is sitting on the sidewalk along North Thompson, between Monument and Grace.

    Update 1/26/12 - Approximate address is 907 North Thompson. It is in front of a standalone garage with no address on it. It is across the street from the Masonic lodge at 906. It could be that the garages are part of 3425 West Grace; they sit behind that building.

    What other information is needed to proceed? This case was closed by the City simply because I did not provide an address.
