Dogtown Neighbor

We live on Adeline Street between 28th and 30th. It's a 30MPH, 4-lane thoroughfare, and there is a half-mile between traffic signals at 32nd and W. Grand. People speed regularly, accidents have always happened but they are up by an order of magnitude in the past year (I've witnessed a dozen, including my own parked car being totaled by a speeder). We had two in the last week. A month ago there were four in three days. There's not even a crosswalk at 30th. The west side of the street has multiple small companies with trucks and forklifts out every day.
WE NEED TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT 28TH and 30TH BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED. Stop signs, traffic lights, something. I notice a similar request was made three years ago and if you check your records you'll see it's only gotten worse.
