I've lived in this area for over 20 years and don't remember when Old Monrovia Rd. northwest of University Dr. has been paved. How can other roads get paved and this one doesn't? I am sure that this issue has been reported before and nothing has been done. The county paved the upper section of this road about a year ago. How does the county have the money to do that and not HSV city?
