    While waiting for traffic to stop so I could cross in the crosswalk, a car followed the law and stopped for me. A white pickup truck, which I don't have the license plate for, proceeded to scream at the car and me. When I reminded him, it was the law to stop for people in the crosswalk, he proceeded to scream profanities at me. Enough is enough! Pedestrians need a light there so we don't get yelled at anymore.

    I noticed this was reported last week and the crosswalks at Highland Avenue and Charles Street were repainted instead. Do we need students crossing to catch the bus to get hit before this gets painted? The intersection paving has been done for a few weeks now.

    UPDATE: The issue was never fixed in October when the weather was warm and comments have been shut off now too. Interesting...how come Pleasant Street from Fellsway to about West Street was repaved in November/December and they have crosswalks at the corner and by the Senior Housing? Are you waiting for a student who has to cross Highland Ave to catch the bus to get hit?
