Debris constantly left behind at edge of driveway at 519 Broadway. Roadway surface in this section of Broadway wearing very thin you can see ridgelines through it. Main problem for debris getting caught here is dip at getting deeper due to sunken gas box utility cover despite contacting National Grid about it over a year ago.

Numerous cracks/ buckling of asphalt in street toward driveway at 519 Broadway. Further in toward the gutter in the same area there is also a significant dip which was earlier determined to be a sunken gas box. Contact attempted several times with National Grid about this but its been like this over a year and no repair. Sediment and debris collects here and street sweeper constantly leaves rocks and debris at the driveway's edge because of it.

Trash bag illegally dumped in street at 522 Broadway. Debris from it is blowing all over both sides of the road. Trash bag in street in path of traffic. Should pick up and search to see if clues/address of who dumped it. Also a Brown box dumped near broken stairs at 522 Broadway . This area is constantly targeted by illegal dumpers!
