On the Willis Rd Sidewalk just before the 30 mph speed limit sign heading westbound there has been a constant stream of water trickling down the sidewalk. I first thought it was snowmelt, but it has been flowing for the past week at the same rate. It was even flowing when temperatures were below freezing Wednesday Night. . I think there might be a leak beneath the sidewalk, as there is no reason water should just be flowing out of the ground.

This sidewalk hasn't been cleared yet and is hazardous.

The 3rd light from willis flickers and will turn off and then turn on every 2 minuites

3rd light up the street from willis will always turn on then go out every 2 minutes

There is several large trees down on the trails and I have to lift my bike over them I can't just pop a wheelie they are so big.
