Concerned on Callowhill

The strip of street that is between Callowhill and Spring Garden on North Front is littered with bottles, full garbage bags, broken concrete blocks, downed tree limbs and overall is unkept by the city. Does anyone know how to bring this to Public Works attention and have a team sent to clean it up?
