    The curb needs to be extended to prevent rushing water from overflowing and eroding the creek bank, threatening the earth roadside. Rainwater regularly fills this area and overflows. Curb probably needs extending all the way to the next driveway.

    This street and cul de sac need to be repaved. It has not been repaved since the early 1980's. See cul de sac condition in photo. Other areas on street are worse.
