red light on the light with the left turn green arrow heading eastbound towards Ludlow on Fuller road out. The other light, red, yellow, green, for the straight or right turn is fine

these pot holes have been reported but now they have shopping carts with caution tape in them, so before you could almost go over them, now you have to scratch your car to go around them

turning left onto simard, the light is not even lit to indicate red or green

Many pot holes to the repair work which was done over the summer/fall on the hill.
I know with winter they can not be addressed but it seems like every patch has at least 2 issues

I get off 391 almost every day Monday-Friday between 4:30p and 5:00p. I turn right onto High Street. The sign very clearly states NO TURN ON RED and people still turn right on red.

The same area that has been flooding during super heavy rain storms is now an Ice/Slush/Water mix. It was several inches deep across the end of St Kolbe going out into Lyman St. Not sure if the drain needs to be cleared or what but it needs to be looked out.

I was taking my trash to the dumpster and notice there is a dead brown cat next to the bushes. It is located on the lyman st side of the tall bushes between buildings 49 and 51 of Edgewater Gardens. I first saw the cat at 530 pm Monday December 1st.
I have seen the cat around the area. Please have the appropriate party pick it up. I'm not touching in case of rabies.

This is more of a question than an issue.

The landscapers for Edge Water Gardens blew all of the leaves yesterday onto the other side of the fence and they are completely blocking the side walk the length of the property that abuts Lyman Street. I imagine they will be back to pick them up today being the next day but, should there be a concern with the sidewalk being blocked by a pile of leaves 2 ft tall?

I am not sure if it happens every day but when I do see it, it is extremely dangerous.

Cars for the Dunkin Donuts drive through are stopped in the break down lane so now cars traveling have to drive closer to the yellow line. South bound traffic is trying to turn left into DD and are blocking cars behind them from traveling. Often the driveway for DD is blocked and patrons cannot get into the parking lot to WALK into the store. This is not fair to anyone, DD, Drivers or Customers.

Please address this with the store because it is extremely dangerous.

This busy intersection was recently re-done and there is no line paint to mark the 2 south bound lines on 202 (from the lights to Sargeant St lights)....
there is a sign after the CVS that stays left lane must turn left... there currently are no left lane markings.
I imagine this is a state job being part of 202?

Just curious when we will have lines to match the nice new pavement. Its been several weeks now.

the single blue interstate sign for 391 at the lights for South, High and Davis has faded and needs replacement.

The lines on the bridge going over the canal need a touch up. People turning onto Lyman street drive over the yellow line.

The cover for the red light at the intersection of Montcalm and James is broken. It is on the light which shares the corner with Metal Men. Light is still working

Just after the lights at the Yankee Peddler heading North on 202 there are tree branches blocking the speed limit sign. The sign is maybe 30-50 feet after the volleyball sign

Back in April I had reported a bus stop which no longer has a missing sign. The Mayors office had been assigned to and no action has been taken. People are waiting got the bus at the corner of St Kolbe and Lyman and the buses blocks St Kolbe when it picks them up, and cars also park on Lyman here which causes the buses to be stopped in traffic. The sign used to be on a lamp post almost directly across from Pine Street. This was PLENTY of space for the bus to pull over since hardly anyone parks that far up.

There is a Steel Plate in the road, I assume to cover a hole?, and almost every time someone drives over it there is a loud bang very often sounds like a gun shot. I'm sure it has a purpose but could a sign go up to SLOW people down. Ive noticed people who drive slower over the plate are not causing the bang, its people driving over the speed limit.

Sunday evenings I get off 91 South at 17 and head down 141/Dwight Street to head home and it is quite often that people are RACING from the lights all the way to the 711 and often from the 711 all the way down. I think there needs to be added monitoring during the morning and evening "rush hour" since I am sure its happening more than just on Sundays.
