    Check Animal welfare. Homeless man lives out his car on the corner of Josselyn ave and Oneida street He has a trailer with a car on it. He has a basset Hound that he leaves unattended during the day. It is tied to the trailer with a 6 ft. leash. The dog can only come out a few feet from under the trailer. The dog has a water dish, but today it was tipped over so I got him water. The dog is friendly. The dog has skin problems. Concerned since it has been hot the last few day.

    Near the green Utility box on Oxford St. near the N/E corner of Oxford and Hilltop the sidewalk there has risen 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. My 84 year old mother was taking her daily walk and tripped over the raised portion of the sidewalk falling and suffering several bruises. Please have a crew go out and grind the raised portion down.
