The water pipe's lid is flipped up so cars keep hitting it. There was a cone on it about 2 weeks ago but somebody just took it off and the problem was not fixed. It is on the east side of Dexter at Cyprus Street.

From Elton to Dexter. This street just keeps getting worse all the time. The holes get patched and the next day the asphalt comes out and the hole is deeper. This has been going on for 5 years. Please redo this 2 block portion of Nichols St, The sidewalks were replaced this summer but nothing was done for the street.

Nichols street between Elton Avenue and Dexter Street is full of pot holes. Please repave that small section. Each end of this section of Nichols has been repaved but then it stops. There is just a small section that needs to be completed.

This is the block between Elton St and Dexter Avenue on Nichols street. These pot holes have been patched in the winter and a week later the patch is gone. Why not pave this street and get it over with. All the holes are open again and it is a very busy street due to the Armenian School and traffic there.
