Several weeks ago I reported, and the city came out and repaired the pothole at Fendall Avenue. However, they didn't bother to clean up after themselves and left the large orange barrel in the street where it's been hit and mangled and finally, some kind soul moved it into the park. Please remove it from the park. It's a safety hazard to the children who play in the park, and as a taxpayer who paid for the barrel, I'd appreciate the city keeping track of its assets. Please remove.

Significant public safety issue. A small child could be killed. Large man hole without cover in the middle of intersection of Fendall Avenue and W. Lancaster Road. Has been there for weeks. An orange barrel has been put on top of hole but cars have hit the barrel leaving the large hole exposed.

Large signs bolted to front and back side of light pole at corner of West Brookland Park Blvd and Fendall Avenue in front of Davinci Pizza restaurant. Sign is bolted without authorization and blocks sidewalk and view of oncoming traffic from Fendall creating a public hazard.

Very dangerous potholes. Public safety hazard. Approximately located near intersection of Poe and North Avenue on East side of street. Causes vehicles to veer into oncoming lane in order to avoid potholes.

Entire block is one big pothole. 600, 700 and 800 blocks have numerous potholes.

Abandoned vehicles. Overgrown lot. Trash in alley. House is being used as a rooming house for multiple men. It is zoned for single-family dwelling. We have reported this numerous times.

Unrelated males living in home zoned for single family. Home is a public safety hazard as drugs are being sold and customers are coming and going throughout the day.

Back lot has not been mowed. House is open and vacant and transients come and go. Children live on this street and the house is a significant public safety hazard. Trash in back yard.

Private property owners have let their hedges grow over the sidewalk. It is a public safety hazard and disabled adults and children are unable to utilize sidewalk and are forced to take their wheelchairs into the street. It is a constant problem with this home owner.

Deep potholes that are a significant public safety hazard at approximately 200 Poe and Monterio Streets.

2600 The Plaza is zoned as a single family dwelling, however, the owner rents it out to multiple unrelated males who are filling the backyard with trash and shopping carts full of trash which is creating a public safety issue. The smell is horrible and the backyard is not a place for a landfill.
