    Oil on street between 34316 and 34318 Deergrass Way. Oil comes from trash trucks from CC&R on a weekly basis. I call CC&R on a weekly basis to clean it up, however, now my reports to them are being ignored. The bottom line is that their trucks are too old, and code enforcement should consider awarding the contract to another vendor with newer trucks. For now, this oil needs to be cleaned up. Maybe you can get CC&R to do their job.

    Going Westbound on RRC Rd and making a left onto Grape, the signal only allows for one car to go through. I was that one car, and even as I was turning the green light was turning yellow. This signal light is very jacked up.

    Traveling on Canyon Hills Rd, making a left turn on to RRC RD, there is a big rut immediately after making the turn onto RRC. There is torn up road next to it.
    Coming home Eastbound on RRC Rd there is another small rut on the intersection of Canyon Hills Rd and RRC RD, but on CH Rd. The roads are just getting all torn up by this rain.
