    A young male was shot and killed in front of this house by chp officers he was gang related so when they visited the site they spray painted many gang related terms on the sidewalk. This attracted rival gangs to the area they spraypainted over the same sidewalks. This lead to retaliation because of the graffitti, the community is very fear ful there is many children in the area and it is near a local park, Rainbow park, where children play. The graffitti is directly in front of a home with a single mother and 5 children., Thank you and we hope to see a change in the community. Francisco Noriega period #5
