    Please remove this broken recycling bin -- it's lid is broken. It was breeding mosquitoes and flies as it was full of stagnant water. I spent an hour of my own time emptying it, and I flipped it over to mark it as unusable. Located behind 113 N Lombardy St i.e. the alley running between Lombardy and Plum between Floyd and Grove. This is a different report than mattresses and bulk trash previously reported.

    Tons of bulk trash including overfull bins and cardboard boxes. Located on both sides of 113 N Lombardy St i.e. the alleys running between Lombardy and Plum between Floyd and Grove. This is a different report than mattresses previously reported, which are about 30 feet away from these bins. Please remove trash.

    Hi,
    The street light continues to turn on and off every 5 minutes. When I previously reported this issue it led to the bulb being changed. Unfortunately, that did not fix it.

    Hi, why was this issue closed when I reported it previously ? This trash pile is still there. In fact people have added to it, and there are 2 or 3 other pieces of furniture that were recently dumped in this alley.     There is a ton of trash in cvwma recycling bins in the alley. It is the tenants who live on Floyd. There are stickers from cvwma that state that this trash will not be picked up by them as it is not recyclables. Please have city of Richmond come and pick up the trash. Thank you!

    We placed some construction debris in our superbin in the alley for pickup yesterday Wednesday 8/10. It was not picked up during trash collection. The debris is from replacing our back door to stop a leak. Please send someone to empty the superbin when possible. We will continue to leave it in the alley behind the building. It is the alley next to Blackbird salon. The debris is chiefly rotten lumbar.
