    This new owner (Boris's Realty, LLC in Brooklyn, NY) bought the property in February, 2013. Nothing has been done. It is an eyesore. The garbage needs to be picked up and the lawn needs to be mowed. Our property values are going down due to this property. A neighbor can't sell his condo due to this property. Neighborhood children play on this property and I hope that they don't get injured.

    15-17 Townley Street has passed owners many times and has now sat vacant for 3 years. I think this building would be a great project for NINA and would brighten our neighborhood up if it was rehabbed. It is dangerous as children go in the yard as a shortcut to school. This was recently featured on the news. I hope this coverage gets the attention to have this issue resolved.
