    In front of Kindred Hospital and Flatiron Deli there's a pothole that will make a bike get a flat and the cyclist have to go to the hospital. It appears to be the result of a previous patch deteriorating and is particularly dangerous because it's over a foot long and slot-shaped, waiting to capture a bike tire.

    The part of manufacturers road in front of Renaissance park, the knitting mill and north shore one & two is dangerous to cross. Cars go too fast without any natural traffic calming such as on-street parking. At the very least there need to be two or three crosswalks and even better would be pedestrian stoplights such as the ones in front of TVA and warehouse row. Any traffic calming would help here as well.
