    15th and Lawrence : there are no 311 tickets open. I think the neighbors do not care or know how to report this. Storm ditches are full after rain and they are impacting the corner of 15th and Alexander. This 15th and Alexander St. corner can not support this excess water. 1008 W 15th St. Houston, TX 77008 has almost flooded the home the past two weeks because of these multiple water issues.

    Please check the drainage and storm ditches with cameras and the fullness. Please dig through or tell home owners what needs to be done.
