    The street sign for 17th Ave S at Horton Ave has worn off, and you can't read ''17th Ave S'' at all anymore. Since music row is such an attraction and landmark, it would be great to have it fixed.

    The alley between Chamberlin St and 38th Ave N is a hazard to cars. There are two low spots where cars bottom out, no matter how slowly you go. The brush is very overgrown and in places, extends into the alley and is unavoidable. There are some houses who seem to be using the alley behind their homes to dump trash, dump large items that won't be picked up and brush that doesn't comply with brush pickup guidelines and extends into the alley, and there isn't enough room to avoid them.
