Wondering why landscaping along Curtola Pkway is not being watered--not around the newer construction around the Transit Center, the older landscaping. It's looking bad. Who maintains that?

There is a stretch of landscaping along the marina walk that is full of weeds -- between the sidewalk and the vacant lot. Just one section became overrun with tall weeds. It's odd. Don't know whose purview this falls under.

Heard a loud noise late Saturday night and a car driving fast up our street. When my daughter came home from work, she turned the corner and almost ran into a large pile of household items in the middle of the street. That was the noise we heard. Called the police and I guess they had someone scoot it to the side, but it's still there. A large pile of debris is sitting in the street, at the curb, in front of this house.

I don't know how to categorize this report. This is the property that has the old PG&E building on it. It has been vacant 50 years, maybe longer. The building is still boarded up, but recently two large shipping containers have appeared on the fenced lot and there is a lot of random trash strewn about and a truck. It just seems really odd. I have no idea who owns this property now, but I question whether they know or have approved this activity on their property. Anyone could have broken the lock and made this space their own. And regardless, with all the junk I would think it would be a code enforcement issue.
