School Zone at 45th St and 5th Ave N is dangerous for all drivers. There are no longer orange cones, crossing guards or school students to help encourage drivers to slow down despite the flashing light, signs and painted road markings. I have had numerous close calls being nearly rear-ended while slowing down here because most drivers are either not aware or do not care that this is an active school zone in the mornings and afternoons. This causes, at minimum, confusion and could easily cause a traffic incident.

Continued flooding along 30th Ave. Same as it was last year and already creating hazardous driving conditions and headaches for us residents.. again. Please make the Necessary alterations to the pavement/star water system.

Street light strobing.

This continual flooding in even a light rainstorm is getting old! Today the water has turned our alley into a river and has made 30th Ave near Sunset grill- West passable only single file and sends a wake well into our front yard! Why is this STILL an issue?

Paint from this body shop deposits all over our cars which requires expensive detailing to remove. Paint fumes are entering our homes through windows and HVAC. Owner says it’s filtered but we have watched the dusk pour out of the back of their shop and he also says they paint outdoors, not in a booth. Please fix!

Freshly resurfaced road and new storm water drains and the flooding has gotten worse! Was much better before the “improvements”.

There was what can be best described as a paint cloud (or fog, the owner says it could not has possibly been a "cloud" or he would have been shut down years ago) coming from the back of The Bodyworks auto body/ paint shop. It is getting quite hard to deal with for myself and my neighbors. Last night (Wednesday, the 12th, just after 7pm) I was working on my truck and it gave me a nasty headache. And occasionally it's so thick that it leaves a layer of visible dust covering both my vehicles that has to be clay barred off. Can you PLEASE do something about this? Aren't paint shops supposed to have filtration systems installed in the booths?

This poor dog is always on a rope in this resident's side yard, which MAY be legal but this should constitute neglect to leave the poor like that while a tropical storm is churning off the coast. Please help it!

Sail/ Shade cloths (although useful and attractive) are hung above courtyard.
