Storm drain is beginning to collapse

One or more Streetlights have been knocked down and area is very dark at night. This is a high pedestrian traffic area and this creates a dangerous situation.

There is a large skunk coming though the yard of Overit (435 New Scotland) and walking down the Maplewood St sidewalk towards Fairview for the last 3 afternoons.

It isn’t afraid of people at all and is out in daylight — I’m concerned that it may be rabid.

It’s large and is mostly black with a small white stripe.

All street lights are out on Sycamore St
