437 Regent St. Lansing, Michigan - LansingThis duplex is an eyesore with junk, fence pieces, and an old travel trailer in the backyard that never goes anywhere. Their rental certificate was expired for a while then eventually went to "hold" in March 2016 where it has stayed ever since. Will it ever actually get a rental inspection?

Multiple issues, especially trash Archived435 Regent St. Lansing, Michigan - LansingThis house has been an ongoing issue for a year or more. The city just marked them "complied" for trash even though they still have a nasty old mattress leaning against the back of the house and an overflowing recycling bin out front (can't tell if recycling or trash in it) that they NEVER push to the curb. Never had a rental certificate, finally got one in March but it's been marked "hold" since then and never certified. Many people coming and going. Why won't code do something about this slum?
