Large amount of graffiti on new amphitheater area. Vandals keep coming back. Also, old removal was done sloppily. Brand new plaza concrete looks all smudged up and rundown. These vandals need to be stopped.

The properties in the 200 & 300 blocks of 27th Street are covered in graffiti. One entire side of 27th Street has graffiti all over private and public property. Really is shameful.

The 100 & 200 blocks of 6th Street next to the 880 freeway are a complete disgrace filled with graffiti and litter everywhere. There is huge graffiti all over the fences of the homes next to the freeway. There is litter and debris everywhere. I took out of town guests to A’s fan fest at beautiful and immaculate Jack London Square only to be thoroughly embarrassed by the conditions next to the 880 on ramp on 6th Street. One guests mentioned it was worse than the Bronx in NYC. Shame on the City of Oakland and shame on Caltrans.

Graffiti all over walking path/plaza next to new amphitheater area next to Lakeside Drive. This is massive and has been like this for weeks. No excuse for leaving this type of rampant vandalism unaddressed.
