Fire hydrant at 6455 Green Field has been dripping water and as a result the paint is peeling and needs to be repainted.

2 diseased trees were removed in end of summer 2017. I had expected that replacement trees would be planted in the fall so by now spring of 2018 they would be taking root. It seems that we may end up with no trees on Rowanberry if diseased trees aren’t replaced when removed. I think there are regulations in place to replace trees when removed. Correct?

yield sign and "wrong way" and curb damaged Green Field Toad right only exit onto Rt 1 Washington Blvd Southbound. Looks like someone jumped the curb and took out the sign. I don't see the sign laying around. And there is no sign to warm drivers not to enter the one way inti rt 1 north
  • 5702-5792 Rowanberry Dr Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
The Speed limit sign at the new firehouse on Rowanberry drive is leaning nearly into the roadway and looks like the wind storm last week knocked it almost down.
  • 7065 Washington Blvd Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
Rt 1 south at the 95 on ramp they forgot to paint a line to indicate that there is a right yield lane onto rt100 at the light.
  • 6334-6454 Washington Blvd Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
When entering yielding into green field rd Coming from Rt 1 south, a residential neighborhood, there is no signage to indicate gross vehicle weight restrictions
  • 6041-6043 Rowanberry Dr Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
The new speed alert/monitoring sign placed on Rowanberry before a stop light after immediately after a speed humps serves no purpose. There is no way for a driver to pick up speed heading towards that intersection. The speed problem is through the development where vehicles easily drive 50 mpg to beat Rt 1 traffic. We desperately need that flashing speed monitoring throughout Rowanberry but not at a stop light where multiple traffic calming speed humps already exist.
  • Montgomery Road Elkridge, Maryland - Elkridge
At the intersection of Rt 1 and Rowanberry it's easy to drive through the crosswalk to make a right turn on red where the new community center is. THere should be a sign alerting drivers to a pedestrain crossing because foot traffic will be increasing when the new library/community center opens. THe crosswalk could be painted with additional marking so it stands out more for right turn on red drivers or there could be a sign "Stop Here For Light" to help keep cars from driving through to quickly because they are looking to the left for oncoming traffic rather than walkers.
  • 6041-6043 Rowanberry Dr Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
3 diseased elm trees along road side. They have been infected for quite some time and need to be removed and replaced with healthy trees.
  • 6020 Rowanberry Dr Elkridge, MD 21075, USA - Elkridge
The speed limit signs through all of Rowanberry were supposed to be fixed. The signs on Green field were quickly repaired, but Rowanberry (which was reported will before Greenfield) wasn't ever finished. We got a new double yellow line to add the perception that it's ok to cut through and speed to beat the light at Montgomery Rd and Route 1. PLEASE fix/add speed limit and signs for the curves.
  • Henkels Lane Annapolis Junction, Maryland - Howard County
Henkels lane and Dorsey Run. An intersection of high traffic and heavy weight trucks and dump trucks. The double pot hole has been repeatably patched but continues to reappear and sink with people crossing the center line to miss it.
