On Sunday, my alley was graded and topped with stone. Less than an hour later, the small puddle of soaked stone appeared. By Monday morning, the puddle covered the full width of the alley. Obviously, this is not rainwater or groundwater, it is a leak from the underground waterline.

One of the pedestrian signal buttons is broken on the Diamond side of the Boulevard. As a result, the pedestrian signal does not change to "walk."Considering the amount of use by baseball game attendees, this is extremely dangerous.

Standing water in potholes in the alley, appears to be coming out of the water meter behind 4023 Augusta Avenue.

The roof gutters on the two bus shelters on 8th St. just north of Broad St. are filled with weeds! Please clean the gutters. Alternatively, plant some nice flowers.

In the back of Thomas Jefferson High School, trash is on the ground all around the four dumpsters. Please clean it up before it blows across the street and into my yard.

STOP sign on Cutshaw Avenue at Malvern Avenue is hanging on the post by one bolt - the second bolt is missing.

At night, left turn signal from Westwood Ave to eastbound West Broad Street always takes 2 cycles before it changes to green, sometimes will not change at all.
At 10:00 PM tonight, this light did not change to green for me after 3 cycles, forcing me to simply run the red light. Please do something about this recurring problem.

Standing water in deep depressions in alley - needs regrading after repair.

Near the fire hydrant in front of the VDOT building, water is seeping out from the face of the curb and running down the gutter.
