    Two trees that were planted just a few months ago have died and should be replaced. First tree is on west side of Malvern Avenue opposite the end of Augusta Avenue (with stakes). Second tree is on south side of Fitzhugh Avenue opposite the rear of Bank of America.

    One of the recently-planted trees on the west side of Malvern Avenue near Fitzhugh has been knocked down and needs to be replaced. Also, considering that TJ High School will be adding stadium lights to the baseball and football fields, please plant large trees all along the west side of Malvern to screen the lights from the 4000 block residential neighborhood.

    4100 Fitzhugh Avenue Richmond, VA - Sauer's Gardens
    For northbound traffic on Malvern turning left onto westbound Broad, the time allowed for turns is not long enough. Vehicles stopped at the light on Fitzhugh are unable to make the left turn at Broad in one signal cycle. (This issue has been reported at least twice in the past few years with no resolution. I do not want to be ignored again.)

    When travelling north on Malvern, planning to turn left (west) at Broad, I am often stopped at the traffic light at Fitzhugh Ave. After the Fitzhugh light changes to green, I am often stopped again at the traffic light at Broad, only about 150 feet ahead. If there are no cars queued for left turns, the minimum time for left turns at Broad is not long enough for continuing through both lights in the same cycle. (The result is that I am tempted to speed through the intersection in an attempt to catch both lights on the same cycle.) Please extend the minimum time for left turns at Broad.
