The entire block of Azalea Avenue between Brook Road & Chamberlayne Avenue is a disaster. It has been torn up and replaced too many times. The surrounding sections of pavement; Brook Road going north, Dumbarton going west, and Chamberlayne going north have all been repaved when they were in far better condition. The potholes, patch jobs, bumps, and general condition of this block make driving on it unsafe. It needs to be completely redone.

Tree branches hanging over onto cars from trees previously maintained and trimmed by the city.

Is this something the city no longer maintains or do we need to report when it becomes an issue?

Signs have gone up for street cleaning on this section of Watkins for the 2nd time in as many weeks. No one lives on this small stretch of road. Why is it being cleaned again?

The 5000 blocks of East & West Seminary haven't been cleaned in years!!!!!

Given the concrete barriers on Watkins, the trucks HAVE to go down both East & West Seminary's 5000 block to even reach this section of Watkins. Again, why is it being cleaned again, while East & West Seminary remain unsightly and quite filthy.

The property has fallen into a state of disrepair, namely the yard, which has grass and weeds nearly 3 feet high. It is an eyesore and potential safety hazard.

The leaves which the city neglected and residents dutifully piled up at the curb as requested have now found their way into the street and storm sewers. With the amount of rain lately, the storm drains are backing up and there is practically a river running down the curb.

Here's hoping it doesn't get worse.

All the city had to do was spend 30 minutes cleaning up the leaves . . .

Leaves were not picked up per the leaf collection schedule and signage placed on the block last week. The signs are gone yet the leaves remain . . . ALL OF THEM!!!!!

I took off time from work yesterday to prepare for the annual leaf pickup only to have the city neglect - for the second straight year - to come collect the leaves.

Please, come pick up the leaves.

I will post a new issue daily until this is resolved.

The city neglected to pick up the two large piles of leaves in the tree boxes between the street and sidewalk in front of my house. These piles have been sitting here since October. It is mid-January. This is not acceptable.

See the attached picture and please let me know when the city plans to come pick-up these leaves.
