  • 1204 Courtland Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
Gravel from the driveway has washed down onto the sidewalk, making it slippery and dangerous.
  • N Person St & Delway St Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount Corridor
There are two potholes on the short portion of the street that runs along the traffic triangle with the "Mordecai" sign. One is at the top of that traffic triangle and one is at the end, where the street crosses Delway.
  • 1103 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai
There's a large construction dumpster on the street in front of this house. I thought it was illegal to park them on the street. The dumpster takes up a lot of space on a narrow road, making it difficult for cars to pass each other.

As you round the curve where Delway becomes Blount, there's a pothole in the right-hand lane by the traffic triangle.
  • 1103 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Mordecai

There's been a construction dumpster sitting in front of this house for a couple of weeks. I don't believe that's legal, and it makes a narrow street more difficult to navigate safely.

In any case, it looks like the contractor has gutted the house and may be able to move to a smaller waste disposal system for the remainder of the project.

  • 2700 Clark Ave Raleigh, NC, 27607, USA - Wade
This house needs some repairs. A door has partially fallen off the screened porch, and a tarp has been on the roof for months. The tree that apparently put a hole in the roof is still in the front yard.
  • 811 Mordecai Dr Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount Corridor
The traffic triangle bordered by Delway, Wake Forest and Mordecai has several downed limbs and an unspread pile of mulch. It's been looking pretty dilapidated for weeks!
  • 2405 Wade Ave Raleigh, North Carolina - Wade
As you exit Wade Ave. (just past the Jaycee Park) to go onto Oberlin, there are a series of potholes in the road. This is becoming dangerous to people's tires.
  • 1217 Courtland Raleigh, North Carolina - Mordecai
The city left a large orange cone in front of this house weeks ago. Can someone please pick it up? Thanks!
  • 1113 Mordecai Raleigh, North Carolina - Mordecai
The vehicle actually sits across the street from 1113 Mordecai but belongs to that household. The vehicle has at least one flat tire and is being stored on the street.

The sign has been run over in the traffic triangle just past the Speedway gas station as you veer off to the right onto Wade off of Capital.
  • 1113 Mordecai Raleigh, North Carolina - Mordecai
This house sits on the corner of Mordecai and Poplar. On the Poplar side of the house are two non-working vehicles. One has been set on concrete blocks for the last two months.
