    Cut wire hanging from pole. Not sure what the wire is connected to but it is low enough to be pulled on by passing kids.

    Brushes have over grown so only one person can walk by and makes it almost impossible to push a stroller past. It's very dangerous because if your walking with a stroller and child; which I do everyday, the child can not walk beside you , and therefore cannot be protected from traffic.
