My rollout container was missing after trash pickup on Friday

My trash was placed out first thing this morning, concurrently with the recycling container, in line with the neighbors The household trash was not picked up

Collectors basically threw the containers down at Ms house and the house across the street, not being professional in the performance of their duties They have cracked the lid on one of my containers I actually paid for an extra container so they are actually damaging my personal property ,

Trash not picked up!

Light defaults to Purdue, regardless of traffic. Light goes through the entire cycle, to include turn arrows.

Lights default to Purdue and the exit from the shopping center even with no traffic exiting. I've encountered this virtually every morning on the way to work around six to 6:30 am

Green light defaults to Hillsboro which has zero traffic entering Ramdey

The light defaults to traffic coming from McPhee, which is zero at this hour of the morning. It does not trip, but remains red the full cycle.
