Broken glass (excessive) in street on Argos at the Conejo View intersection

There is an excessive amount of orange plastic fencing along cheseboro road that is breaking down and has become a litter, wildlife and environmental hazard. Pieces of the plastic are in the creek bed, in the fields, etc.

The catch basins on Conejo View at Argos are overflowing again and are emitting a very strong odor.

What is the process for emptying them?

Corner of Argos & Conejo View: strong odor from three storm drain ‘debris catchers’...

The storm drain debris ‘catchers’ are working well! We are noticing a significant accumulation of debris that has been decomposing for quite some time. The smell emitting from the three storm drains is significant. Are these maintained on a regular schedule? Thank you!!

Trash is overflowing from the trash bins at the Twin Oaks Center owned by Regency(Starbucks/Ralph's). The overflow has resulted in copious trash on the surrounding City sidewalks, streets, etc. This seems to be a recurring issue on weekends & Regency does not consider this emergent although it is a hygiene & public health issue as the excess refuse attracts crows, rats, etc.

I left a message with Regency, but am wondering if there is more that the City might be able to do to remedy the problem.

Mother Nature had quite an impact on our phenomenal Medea Creek Restoration Project! Our community will surely rally to allow this native habitat to replenish itself by removing debris from trees, stabilizing trees/shrubs & their root systems, etc. Please let us know if there will be a process for volunteers to get involved:)
