More Trash Buildup at 431 Douglas Dr Archived431 Douglas Dr State College, Pennsylvania - Park Forest VillageTrash has again started to pile up at the top of the driveway at 431 Douglas Dr. This time, the pile includes bulk trash such as a futon, lamps, shelf, etc. as well as regular items like pizza boxes. While sizeable, the pile is not as old as the former pile that was at this address, but there have definitely been one or two trash pickup opportunities that have been missed/ignored.

Buildup of trash at 431 Douglas Dr Archived431 Douglas Dr State College, Pennsylvania - Park Forest VillageThere was no "trash/garbage" category to report this under; hopefully someone from the township will see this. A buildup of trash at 431 Douglas Dr has been ongoing since the end of December/beginning of January. It is at the top of the driveway and therefore on private property, but from what I've read in the Patton Township code (specifically Chapters 107 and 144) such a buildup is not permitted. I am particularly concerned that, with the onset of warmer weather, the garbage will begin to smell and attract pests.
