Deep pothole corner of Old Monrovia Rd and Westview Dr NW

Between the city bus and AT&T, they continue to tear up the ditch that I am required by the city to maintain. This is an ongoing issue, but it is simply not fair to subject my mower and my time repairing what they tear up. It is perpetual and I'm sick of it. Either concrete the ditch, or contract with AT&T to maintain the ditch. They have other places to park, but they want to be as close as they can do their service box. I'm not a chronic complainer, but my equipment should not be subjected to this type of abuse.i

Perhaps it’s time to return these to their respective owners

Between AT&T and the city bus, the ditch in front of my house, which the city makes me maintain, stays in a terrible state. The bus pulls off into the muddy ditch so the customer does not have to tread mud. The customers have already treaded mud from standing waiting for the bus. Of course, AT&T continues parking their big trucks in the ditch so they can work on the telephone box. I for sure do not want a bus stop covering, as I would have even more trouble with the homeless population. I wonder if a decent size concrete slab would solve two problems. One being bus customers will not have to stand in the mud waiting, and getting on and off the bus. Secondly, the bus will not have to pull off in the ditch when picking up or discharging passengers. The concrete slab would also force AT&T to park ahead of the AT&T box and in the part of the ditch that the city maintains. Please know that I am more than appreciative of how the city of Huntsville has done a great service by putting in the sidewalk and attempting to make the area more user friendly. I had no clue that the bus stop would be a busy as it is, but it is well used multiple times of day. I'm just trying to be pro active. Thank you for whatever help you can give.

There are multiple shopping carts in ditches along Old Monrovia Rd, and trash scattered next to the convenience store at the corner of Old Monrovia and Perimeter Parkway A back pack is laying behind the brick facade on Rideout Road Ongoing homeless problem I'm blessed not to have to live that way, but I don't like the neighborhood I live in looking trashed

Looks like traffic has demolished your temporary construction block on the corner of Old Monrovia and Westview Drive.

University Dr and Old Monrovia intersection. Seems like there would be less sign and vehicle damage if that turn lane were pushed back about 6 feet It is a difficult turn to avoid hitting the car next to you, and still not hit the sign. This is such a frequent occurrence, it seems like a more permanent fix would be more cost effective.

The last two street lights on the east side nearest Old Monrovia Rd on Parameter Pkwy are out

Should I be worried about this? The separation is getting deeper. Just wondering if this will affect my property, and also prevent proper drainage.

I have about lost all the patience I have with AT&>T tearing up the ditch that I am responsible for maintaining. They have cracked the sidewalk the city so nicely put in, and the trenches they make because they are too lazy to park on thee corner and walk 50 feet make it all the harder to keep up my part of the maintainer bargain. When the trenches dry, my mower does not like their addition to the yard. Why doesn't AT&T pay the city to put in their own concrete slap for them to park on in any kind of weather?

On 8/17/2020, the city mowed their property adjacent to mine They accidentally hit my fence and broke it While I recognize that accidents happen, I do not feel it is my responsibility to pay for the repair Please advise Thank you

Thank you city of Huntsville. I now have a street light again. Can’t wait to see it come on tonight.

This is residual trash left from an evicted homeless person. The trash is unsightly and would appreciate it being removed. Thank you

Their is a new homeless camp being erected at Old Monrovia and Westview Dr. it is adjacent to the Stepping Stone Condominiums. They are already adding trash and Walmart buggies to Old Monrovia. I am blessed that I don’t have to live that way, but something needs to be done. I think they are the ones that were evicted from Perimeter Parkway.
