A culver is so clogged up from this home owner not cleaning up their leaves from last fall that it no longer functions and water has to continue down the road to the next one.

The storm ditch behind my house is so overgrown and full of leaves and fallen branches that it floods into my and my neighbors yards. It can’t perform its functions as is. It seems that the neighbors are not maintaining their property and keeping it clean from debris. I’m sure this is a violation of (Code 1982, § 7-143; Ord. No. 19-519 , § 1, 7-11-2019). The ditch needs to be cleaned out and re worked in order to properly manage storm water. It is both debris and overgrowth.

From the address 11321 to 11312 Mountaincrest Dr SE they have violated (Code 1982, § 7-143; Ord. No. 19-519 , § 1, 7-11-2019) by not removing the leaves from the curb. Causing debris to build up in the street. Today after the rain it all started moving downhill to other houses.

The speed bump is broken at the base in both directions. It’s equivalent to having a giant pothole across the entire road.

There needs to be a street sign for the exit/turning lane for governors drive heading west. People don’t know that they can use this lane to turn and jam up the intersection attempting to turn.

The turn signal traffic light needs to become a flashing yellow light after a certain time of day. There is absolutely no reason to sit at a red light to turn when there is no oncoming traffic.

There is a extension cord that comes from this power box and runs down the road in the drainage ditch and off into the sewer drain. I’m pretty sure this isn’t up to City code and there is no city work on this road justifying its existence.

This trailer is parked close to the intersection and facing the incorrect direction for the reflectors to be visible at night when entering the street. This is a traffic hazard with the potential for someone to hit it unknowingly.

Two fairly large potholes separated by about twenty feet in the right hand lane traveling southbound on the parkway. One just before the intersection and the other within the intersection.

This is a violation of Ala. Code section 32-5A-37, 32-5A-36, as well as sections 13A-7-21 through 13A-7-23.

There are several signs throughout the neighborhood that have this violation done to them.

This curb ditch is so full of dirt that it no longer drains and is growing grass and weeds. Also the drain cover and respective concrete are severely damaged.

Same goes for the storm drain at the entrance to the subway restaurant right next to this.

Storm drain is completely full of dirt and debris and is no longer functional. It needs to be cleaned out.

Turning lane light traveling south on the parkway turning left (east) on to Hobbs road doesn’t stay green long enough for all vehicles in the lane to make it through the intersection before it becomes red. This happened today a Friday @ 2:40 pm.

All street lights on the parkway from Martin road to Whitesburg drive are out.

Turn signal traveling south doesn’t stay green long enough for the amount of cars in the turning lane to make it through the light. The time of the turn signal light needs to be be extended.
