There is a line of site issue pulling on to Maysville Road from the alley behind 1605 Randolph Ave 35801. The trees and bushes are overgrown blocking vision for traffic coming from the south bound lane of Maysville. Please have the area trimmed. Thanks

The railroad tracks at the intersection of Woodson and Holmes need to be leveled. I was told to contact the RR Authority the last time I requested repair. I call them and they said the city repaired the crossing last time. I’m not sure who is responsible but the road crossing the tracks needs to be smoothed out…

There are three areas on Pratt Ave in near 5 Points that need patching or repair…both in the east bound lane. One is in front of Star Market, it’s a large pothole. Another one is in front of Waffle House the pavement is sinking on that one. The third one is in the intersection of Pratt and Russell. It is also an area that sinks regularly. Please repair these…Thanks

There are a couple of spots where the pavement is coming up on Evangle Circle. There is also a deep sink hole at the first manhole you come to. The city does have some maintenance trucks there now for the sink hole...the other spots need patching.

There has been a mattress and box spring on the road side of Maysville Road at the 1605 address for a couple of weeks. It needs to be picked up.

There are bushes on the west side of Maysville Road from Wellman to Randolph Ave causing site restrictions getting on to Maysville Road, not sure if the city or the property owners are responsible for trimming. They pose a line of site and safety issue...

The northbound edge of Meridian St north of Oakwood Ave is in rough shape. One or two bad potholes need filling...

The road is sinking in he northbound lane of Woodson St about half way down. It is just next to the fireplug. It needs to be filled in...

Not sure who is responsible but the railroad tracks at the intersection of Holmes and Woodson need attention again. The tracks are higher than the roadway and the asphalt has sunk down between the rails...

There are 2 utility digs which are sinking on Pratt Ave in the area of the new construction. The first one is just west of Washington St the next one is in the curve just before Hundley St. They need to be filled in again.

There are several eroding utility dig locations from Maysville Rd to I 565 overpass on Chapman Ave. These need patching attention. They are large areas.

There is a large dangerous sink hole developing on Randolph Ave where Maysville Road intersects Randolph...this needs attention right away. It appears to be in line with recent utility digs for the fiber lines...

The recent weather has reopened many potholes in the northbound lane of Meridian St between Oakwood and the 72 E bridge...they are difficult to avoid and need patching...

The sound at City Council meetings is terrible. It is not audible at times no matter how loud the sound on the TV is. Please speak with the people who can help us hear what the people are saying...I’m not sure this is the place for this issue, if not please forward the message to the proper parties. I like watching the meetings but the sound quality is inadequate.

There is still a deep pothole in the west bound lane of Clinton Ave. it is just before the stop sign at the intersection of White St. The crew patched a spot. In the middle of the intersection but not the one before the stop sign.

There are several spots in both lanes of Maysville Rd from Randolph Ave to Mccullough that can use patching...

The turn from Lincoln St to Holmes Ave has been blocked off. Is this a permanent closing or will the lane reopen?
