Reticulation fitting within central reservation approx. 20m South of Grand/Queensbury/Regents Pk junction is broken, wasting significant quantity of water when in use. Wasted water spills into northbound carriageway.

Waste disposal bin in Regents Park has been recently destroyed by fire, melted to ground and leaving glass and other sharp objects at a level where they could be walked on by a child.

Destroyed bin needs to be removed, and replaced as convenient.

Wooden sign designating name of park has been covered in graffiti for several years now, no effort made by council to remove or paint over.

Failure to repair may result in costly interruptions to local resident telephone service.

Attempts to report directly to Telstra have been fruitless, due to incompetent overseas operators who will not accept a fault report without a physical address, and don't understand its a piece of their infrastructure in a park.
