It can take approximately ten minutes to get from Madison Avenue to Washington Avenue on Swan Street. Timing needs to be checked At Swan St & State St and Swan St & Washington Ave traffic lights. Needs to be a longer green light for Swan Street.

    Cars speed up and down Hackett Blvd between Academy and Manning Blvd daily at all times like it’s a highway to avoid the slower traffic on New Scotland Ave, going anywhere from 40mph to 50mph, Hackett needs more patrols for speeding, many people ride bicycles and cross streets for the Academy, this is putting pedestrians in danger.
