Elwell street is an access to first street,second street,third street, Jennifer lane,Jonathan lane,tea party way, Swansea road,loomis Road etc covering about 750to 1000 Homes and apartments . It is a nightmare to turn left on to Elwell street from Broadway (route 99). This was brought to the notice of our Hon. Mayor, ward 6 councilor, commissioner etc requesting them to provide a Delayed green light signal to help people to take the left turn to Elwell street. Now it is almost one year passed all our appeal turned on to deaf ears. Please HELP us and guide us as to whom to beg or appeal to provide this delayed signal light. This is a life threatening matter.please help. Thank you
