Two large branches from an ash tree in the parkway broke in the wind storm They have not detached completely from the tree so are hanging off of the tree

There is constantly water in the street by the curbline. It originates at this address and flows to the drain at the corner. There is a water main access point in the parkway right where the water seems to originate from. It is not clearly originating from the parkway but I am concerned that there is a leak in the water main.

Vehicle has been sitting at least 6 weeks (probably quite a bit longer) with traffic barricade on top. Indiana plates.

Gang graffiti on garage door in alley between Belmont and Fletcher.

Saw rats in the alley during the day, two days in a row. Saw one in our backyard as well (but just want the alley baited).

Appears to be gang graffiti.
