    The white lines along Joaquin Miller roa, Between Roberts park, and the Chabot science center, are covered with tree mulch. Therefore, walkers, runners, and cyclists are in more danger from passing vehicles. The lines should reflect the side of the road, but when the mulch is covering the lines, they do not reflect, and s, a car's headlights do not show the driver wherethe side of the road ends.

    My friend stepped on a PG&E utility cover in the sidewalk on MacArthur Blvd at May St. The cover was made of fiberglass. The cover broke and she fell into a hole three feet down. She injured her lower legs and lost her shoes.
    Please replace the utility cover to prevent anyone else being injured.

    2454 Hearst Avenue Oakland, CA 94602, USA - Upper Dimond
    Last summer's sewer line replacement by Andes Construction left holes with shallow asphalt all along Hearst Ave. The asphalt has broken through to gravel in front of 2454 Hearst and possibly other locations. Hearst Ave needs repaving.
