    Utility work was done at the intersection of 21st and O St NW seven months ago. The street was never repaired. Not only is the road unsightly, but cars are being damaged on a daily basis.

    I saw a rat scurry across the yard into a rat hole underneath front steps to the house. This is not my residence but there are many rats outside on the street and in the public alley behind the block.
