    The Folsom St. bike lane is completely blocked by "Share the Road" signs near the subway construction at 4th/Folsom. It's been that way this entire week. The signs should not force bicyclists unexpectedly into three lanes of fast moving traffic. #VisionZero.

    Several garbage and recycle bins were tipped and dumped leaving filth all over the sidewalk in front of the women's building
