    Ongoing litter at 3633 Patterson Ave apt. Bldg. Tenants are frustrated, owner also has four garages packed with his stuff so they cannot use the garages. This is a problem that needs to be kicked up to a higher level. The occupants are being treated like garbage by their landlord.

    This apt bldg constantly has garbage in the ivy to the left of the driveway as well as in front. Most weeks the garbage cans are overflowing but no one rolls them to the curb. I spoke with a tenant there who is fed up with the landlord's neglect and the garbage. The neighboring aor blogs are well maintained but not this bldg.

    Backside of their back fence of 4242 Midvale in Oakland still covered in graffitti. Tgey bought house over 1 month ago and they still haven't gotten rid if graffitti. The previous owner knew and did mothing as well. Visible from Redwood Rd and been there for at least 3 months

    Litter from tenants at 3639 and 3645 Patterson Ave. All over their apt bldg's sidewalks, driveway and street. Young adults hang out there all day, often dealing drugs. There are little children as well. Health Dept should go out.
