Harbison Blvd/Bower Pkwy et al is a disaster in the making. People will run red lights or whatever it takes to be sure they're "next" in line. They CONSTANTLY block intersections preventing cars with the green light from progressing as they should. During busy hours, there should be at least 2 police cars at the busier intersections. We're talking one hour in the morning, 1.5 - 2 hrs in the evening rush hour, plus heavy weekends. It's terrible and needs to be corrected ASAP
